The most annoying thing about being sort of obsessed with overthinking every media fragment that comes at you is how at times, you sort of lose sight of what life is and what it can be, and then what it looks like on film. Which is a pain in the ass when you’re watching a scene like the one above, a pain in the ass for the ego.
I thought to myself, oh hey, what would I say if somebody turned to me and asked me that? What is the first thing I would think of?
I thought of how when a jar of piss is left standing long enough, the protein seperates from the rest of the liquid, forming this opaque, somewhat gummy layer of scum. It sort of looks like when a jar of jam is sealed with wax!!
And then I realized this is why nobody will ever love me.
